Policy Council Members
IF you are NOT already a member of the SD Discussion Forum, please follow these instructions:

1. SDS Web Portal

   a. Log in to confirm access
   • If you are able to log in and your User Menu appears, you are all set. Proceed to Step 2.

   OR

   b. Register as a new "user"
   • If you just registered as a new user, there may be up to a 24-48 hour waiting period before you can proceed and complete Step 2.

2. SD Discussion Forum find the quick link (red button) to the SD Discussion Forum under the left side Menu on the Society website.

   a. Log in using your Web Portal email address and password. (Find Login link in upper right area of the screen.) If you are unsuccessful in logging in (after the waiting period) please let the Society Office know.
   b. Change settings, including digest preferences: click on the hyperlink “User Control Panel” and then click the tab “Digests” – here you have many choices including the frequency and style of the SD Forum messages.
   c. Once your SD Discussion Forum access is completed, please inform the Society Office so you can be added to the Policy Council Discussion. (The Policy Council Discussion is a closed forum; the Society is unable to add you to this group until you are a member of the open SD Discussion Forum.)

   Please note: to be sure you continue to receive messages from all SDS forums, you must log in at least once during each meeting period to confirm that your email address is correct and up-to-date.
