2004 (July 25-29) 22d International Conference Proceedings: Ventana Systems, Inc. and Wiley sponsored the proceedings that were published in CD form this year (ISBN 0-9745329-1-6). The Society maintains a three-page order form (pdf) on the website for both proceedings and past paper issues of the journal.
