Abstract for: Tackle Rapid Assessment Capturing Systems (TRACS): AI-Supported Gateway to Client Engagement

This workshop presents Tackle Rapid Assessment Capturing Systems (TRACS), an AI-augmented facilitation tool for System Dynamics practitioners. Participants alternate roles as clients and facilitators, experiencing the engagement process from both perspectives. TRACS integrates AI-assisted mapping (comodel.io) with Scriptapedia scripts to rapidly generate causal loop diagrams, identify archetypes, and map leverage points, helping practitioners accelerate client engagement and position follow-up work such as quantitative modeling, training, or full GMB projects.
