Abstract for: Sustainable Systems Citizen Education in Learning Societies and Its Social Impacts

We all understand that sustainability and systems citizen education are important. Yet there is still lack of formal education system to support the agenda and rely on informal educational practices from private sector supported by companies as their corporate social responsibility. It requires a better model from social responsibility to social impacts so that the companies and the societies can earn mutual benefits. The study investigates three private funded education hub in different areas that supports different types of education for sustainable development. System Dynamics models were built to evaluate the operations strategies and social impacts from the real world practices. Scenarios analysis and strategic management implications are proposed. The research results suggest that System Dynamics modelling can significantly supports companies' sustainable business development and deliver social impacts with their educational promotions to the societies. A new ESG-oriented sustainable business model can be connected with education for sustainable development. This can be done by System Dynamics education in practices and social networking.
