Abstract for: Make systems thinking habits stick with playful LEGO(R) Six Bricks activities
This hands‑on 1.5‑hour workshop demonstrates how LEGO(R) Six Bricks activities can be used to teach and practice core systems‑thinking habits across K–12, university, and corporate learning contexts. Up to 24 participants (organised at up to six tables) will cycle through short, scaffolded Six Bricks tasks mapped to systems thinking habits. Each activity is followed by a brief, structured reflection using coaching techniques to deepen learning while protecting autonomy. The session is led by an endorsed LEGO(R) Six Bricks Lead Trainer (Care for Education and LEGO Foundation) who draws on coaching and facilitation strategies. Live demonstration insights and practical facilitation tips from this trainer are a core perk of attending; participants who arrive late or leave early will miss these rare, applied insights. Slides will be provided on request.
