Abstract for: Strategic Architecture for Driving Sustainable Business Ecosystem through Sixth Industrialization
Introduction This study explores the integration of Sixth Industrialization and the Creating Shared Value (CSV) ecosystem to address the structural challenges in agriculture, such as labor shortages, income instability, and low product value. The research focuses on Blueseeds, a Taiwanese company that combines natural farming with CSV principles, illustrating how this integration enhances agricultural value, stabilizes income, and promotes local economic revitalization. The study employs a case study approach to investigate the dynamics of integrating Sixth Industrialization with the CSV ecosystem. The Blueseeds case exemplifies the integration of agriculture with secondary and tertiary industries, demonstrating how the company’s practices align with both economic development and social responsibility. The study examines key success factors, such as policy support, technological innovation, and market demand, in driving this transformation. The integration of Sixth Industrialization and CSV supports enhanced product value, market stability, and income stabilization. Blueseeds has successfully combined farming with processing and service industries, creating a sustainable value chain. Technological innovation and market demand play crucial roles in driving the business’s success, with a positive feedback loop emerging between the primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. The study concludes that integrating Sixth Industrialization and CSV fosters business model innovation and drives sustainable development. The case of Blueseeds highlights the role of government policies and market demand in promoting these transformations. Future research should focus on applying this model to other industries and examining its adaptability in different cultural and economic contexts to validate its universal applicability.
