Abstract for: System Dynamics Review (2017-2023): A Literature Review

This paper primarily introduces some key literature in the field of system dynamics by discussing the development history of system dynamics, modeling practices, application cases, teaching, and learning, etc. It covers several key issues in the field of system dynamics, such as model verification, visualization, conceptual models, etc. By citing multiple pieces of literature, it demonstrates the application of system dynamics in different scenarios, such as public health, supply chain management, strategic decision-making, etc. Finally, the article proposes some key issues in the research field of system dynamics, including: how to choose the appropriate system dynamics modeling method to solve specific problems, how to improve the credibility and effectiveness of system dynamics models, and how to apply system dynamics to a broader range of practical problems, aiming to promote further research and application in the field of system dynamics.
