Abstract for: Addressing Structural Violence of Lead Exposure for Advancing Environmental Justice

Lead is responsible for nearly 50% of all global, chemical-pollution-related deaths. Exposure to lead is associated with negative neurological, hematological, gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, immune, respiratory, and renal health effects, as well as increased criminal involvement. This work-in-progress reports on ongoing collaboration between community based organizations focused on advocating for environmental justice from a systems thinking lens.
