Abstract for: Exploring Optimized Group Modeling to Enhance Fishers' Acceptance of Digital Transformation Policies
This study explores obstacles hindering the adoption of digital transformation policies in the fisheries sector, aiming to bridge the gap between governmental objectives and fishers' private goals. Leveraging Group Model Building (GMB) workshops, it identifies cognitive barriers among stakeholders and proposes strategies to enhance policy acceptance. Initial findings reveal a disconnect between government policies and the economic realities of fishers, emphasizing the need for proactive measures aligned with business perspectives. Through upcoming workshops, the study intends to address demographic challenges and psychological barriers, fostering collaboration for sustainable policy development.
