Abstract for: Leverage System Dynamics to guide Information and Communication Technology Sector toward a Paris agreement compatible evolution

The purpose is to leverage System Dynamics to guide Information and Communication Technology Sector toward a « Paris agreement » compatible society. The current exponential growth of the ICT sector that leads to a +6% yearly increase of its Green House Gaz emissions is not compatible with the COP21 targets. Leveraging system dynamics will allow a better understanding of the digital sector professionals of the dangerousness of this exponential trend and simulation models can support decisions & resilience.
