Abstract for: Analyzing the Impacts of AI Development and Adaptation on Human Life Using a System Dynamics Model
Today, the development and widespread use of artificial intelligence is expanding in all aspects of human life globally. The purpose of this ongoing study is to investigate the relationship between artificial intelligence and the structural changes that will occur in human life in the future. In fact, some aspects of the increasing use of artificial intelligence, especially artificial general intelligence, in human life remain unknown in the future, both quantitatively and qualitatively. There are many speculations about these effects. Like the discovery of oil, the industrial revolution, and the invention of the Internet, the development of artificial intelligence, at its inception, has the potential to bring about "structural changes" in human life. The purpose of this study is not to specify the details of the effects of using artificial intelligence in human daily life, but rather to simulate its general dimensions and effects to some extent using the System Dynamics approach. In fact, by employing the systematic thinking method using the System Dynamics model, we aim to establish a productive collaboration and enhance the presentation of results in the future. Meanwhile, this study is ongoing, and it is hoped that experts from other fields, especially machine learning, will be involved in this research. The cooperation of other researchers and research and academic centers interested in the present study is welcomed.
