Abstract for: Introduction to Virtual Experience (VEx) Design

This workshop will be an introduction to creating virtual experiences based on System Dynamics models. The workshop is intended for people with a working model who want to communicate their insights engagingly and interactively using a Virtual Experience. The session will demonstrate basic techniques for building virtual experiences using the Virtual Experience Design Method. This is intended to be a Hands-on session, and participants should bring their models in whatever software they use and be prepared to apply the Virtual Experience Design Method to their models. People without models are welcome to watch, and they will be paired or in small groups to work with those with models. After developing their Virtual Experience Design, participants can present it and obtain feedback.
