Abstract for: A Universal Model of Energy Flows in Large Organizations

The model, as far as we know, is the first universal model of how energy flows in large organizations. Use of the model to analyze individual organizations reveals how to maximize their ability to add value. The model also reveals the specific areas in the organization where energy is being lost and entropy has an entry point.
