Abstract for: Supporting the Just Transition in Rybnik, Poland

This practitioner application is centered around the use of deep listening and system thinking techniques for the project Rybnik 360 supporting the Just Transition process in the coal-dependent city of Rybnik. Thanks to an extensive system mapping process spanning multiple socio-economical dimensions, the key leverage points in the system could be identified and targeted through interventions.
