Abstract for: The Evolution of Trust in Supply Chains: A Feedback Approach

Trust and trustworthiness in Supply Chains have typically been studied by inferring these features from players’ actions in experimental Forecast Sharing or Capacity Matching games. In this paper, we build and calibrate a model of trust and trustworthiness to explicitly explore evolution of these otherwise unobservable features, and in doing so seek to explain the observed heterogeneity in outcomes in the extant literature.
