Abstract for: Analysis of decision-making factors for youth migration to rural areas using big data

The purpose of this study is to analyze system thinking about the migration factors and spatial infrastructure of young people. The research method is to collect big data related to youth, conduct spatial analysis of rural spatial data, and analyze the dynamics of the youth migration system through causal loop diagram(Stella Architect, iseesystems). As a result of the analysis, a reinforcement loop was formed in which the youth population increased in the short term as the regions with active youth migration policies. However, since the youth migration policy could not be carried out in the long term, a balanced loop could be found in which the settlement rate increases in areas with surrounding living infrastructure. The results of this study could contribute to improving the quality of life of young residents in rural areas and improving the rural migration through improved satisfaction.
