Abstract for: Community-based system dynamics for shifting diets for a sustainable food future

At the conference we will present our findings and our experience with building models with a group of young people online. The aim of the project is to gain more insight in determinants of dietary behaviour of young Dutch adults for developing effective food policy measures and interventions that stimulate less consumption of meat. The dynamics of this system will be modelled.
