Abstract for: A resource-based system-dynamics simulation platform for networked crisis management training and exercises

We propose a new resource-based system-dynamics simulation solution for networked crisis management training and exercises, that can be run distributed, and on virtually any platform. At the time of writing, individual components of the system have been tested and used mainly for educational purposes. The integrated solution, once completed, will be suitable for multi-team, multi-level command and crisis management systems.
