Abstract for: A Synthesized Analysis of the Effects of Institutional Bias in the US

This high level analysis of the essential structure of wealth and income inequities in the US was used in community education. It followed several years of research and applications in these institutions, and offers a multi-faceted hypothesis for the disparities in accumulated wealth between white Americans and African Americans and other people of color. This application focused on translation of essential system dynamics for wider public audiences.
