Abstract for: Corporate Sustainability Applications of the En-ROADS Model

This interactive simulation will explore the various possible applications of the En-ROADS model to a corporation’s efforts to understand and respond to climate change. It will include a demonstration of how the model’s insights can inform organizational thinking on the effectiveness of sustainability strategy and commitments, from specific topics (such as circular economy implementation and transition risk strategy), to a more general aim of improving employee ability to “speak climate” across an organization.
