Abstract for: Adapting group model building scripts for use in diverse community contexts

This workshop presents a platform to share out practical guidance and case examples to inform the adaptation of group model building scripts for use in cross-cultural, multi-language, and diverse settings within communities. The workshop will feature a brief presentation on approaches for designing and adapting scripted group model building workshops in new settings and a set of short case examples of script adaptations responding to design constraints. The workshop will close with an opportunity for participants to share out a script adaptation "dilemma" for feedback from presenters and other participants in small-group breakouts.
