Abstract for: Gender inequality low-order model in the workplace due to the fertility rate in developed countries

The present research has to the objective of structuring a low order dynamic model using the approach of system dynamics that integrates the current bibliography of gender inequality and focuses on the drastic decrease of fertility rates in certain developed countries because of gender discrimination practices. The model considers the main socio-economic variables and the interactions of cause-effect between them. The initial formulated model has been structured for the specific case of certain developed countries; however, it can be used to identify similar dynamics that occur in different environments where women's rights are not recognized either.
