Abstract for: Distrust Dynamics About Institutions in Colombia

The history of Colombia has a lot of examples about the great uncertainty and mistrust of public institutions due to corruption, abuse of power and negligence, among others. We would like to know the dynamics of this mistrust, on what this mistrust is based, what consequences this mistrust entails, and propose options to improve the Institutions capacity for promote social goals regulating the interaction of people. We would design a dynamic hypothesis to explain the how people perceive Institutions using Trust Theory. The results will be share with Colombian Institutions as suggestions for better performance in the future.
