Abstract for: Reconfiguring Food Supply Systems through Farmer Producer Organisations and Digital Platforms

This research examines the creation of a new farmer producer organizational model, together with a digital platform supported by regional and national state policy interventions. The goal of this endeavour is to enable multiple agri-producers and small/medium sized enterprises to collaborate at scale in the areas of food production, processing, retailing and distribution.
