Abstract for:Clustering of micro, small and medium-scale enterprises (MSMEs) and its implications for sustainable business growth

This paper presents preliminary findings of the impact of clustering of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) within the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry on sustainable business growth in the developing world. The study specifically focuses on significant performance indicators for measuring business growth using Nigeria as a case study. The methodology employed secondary data from published and unpublished works relevant to the subject of interest. The interactions among the competing variables influencing MSMEs clusters and business growth are presented. The next phase is to quantify their interactions and explore the favourable policy options.
