Abstract for:Decision-making and bounded rationality in the context of transport systems
Decision-making plays a major role in the case of transport and the policies that guide it, however, the policy-making exercise is described by individual behaviors and actions that generate failures in the structure of the system, by barriers of understanding and learning, showing that decision-makers, despite their effort to seek decisions in a rational manner, are hindered by the limits of their knowledge. There is no evidence of application in the case of the development of transport systems in contexts of bounded rationality and the modelling of decision-making mechanisms from the specific point of view of the actors involved, in order to fill this gap, it is necessary to analyse this perspective from the theories of decision making and its application in the Colombian case as part of the development of a dynamic system for the evaluation of policies for the development of transport systems.
