Abstract for:"Kiss Up and Kick Down": The Effects of Destructive Leadership on Healthcare Organizations

The aim of this current research is to develop a comprehensive understanding of the impact of destrcuctive leadership in healthcare organizations.   The purpose of this will be to develop a fuller appreciation of the magnitude and foreces at play.   Through this understanding more effective policy decisions can be made in organizations that may improve performance.
