Abstract for:The impact of customer knowledge on corporation performance
The customer knowledge is an essential asset for every company, which helps to generate value for company. In this research, the impact of the customer knowledge on corporation performance is investigated by using system dynamic model. For this purpose, the grounded theory has been used for determination effects of customer knowledge on the performance and for finding the relationship between customer knowledge, new product development and performance. At the end causal loop diagram presented based on the results of the grounded theory approach.
