Abstract for:Analysis of Dynamic Strategic Evaluation Decisions

The purpose of this study was to establish a monitoring system based on the information flow within information systems, along with indicators of financial and procedural progress in order to carry out more precise monitoring in assessment systems of strategic actions. In this study, the indicators to be obtained from the strategic plans of organizations were evaluated through information records. For this purpose, the ability and efficiency to reach goals by comparing the information flow between the strategic goals and actions of the selected organization and the interactions of the stakeholders concerning these actions with organizations.

Within this framework, interactions valid for strategic goals and the impact of these interactions on the structure of information systems were determined. Thus, a real-time strategy assessment system was established. Another outcome is that the interactive structure of strategic goals was revealed.
