Abstract for: Systemic Interventions Design in Public Policy Management:Youth Policy Case Study

The paper offers an integrated theoretical overview of a system dynamics experimental intervention research framework design applied in a public policy management context on a case study in Serbia. Paper also briefly explores the role of system dynamicicts as policy entrepreneurs in this context. The impact of the implemented experimental intervention framework research design on a modeling project that deals with youth participation in Serbian Government Policy led to a community decision to use the same framework for a new and more extensive policy intervention research project. With this in mind, scalability of the research framework design suggests the potential to implement this research design approach in other public policy contexts where higher community participation in decision-making is requested.
