Abstract for: Transforming Race 2015: How System Dynamics is Helping to Shape the Response to Ferguson, MO

This paper and presentation shares how system dynamics is being used to help shape the response to Ferguson to transform discussions on race in 2015. Designed and led by youth leaders, the Summit on Race 2015 in June will involve nearly 200 people including up to160 youth leaders from approximately 19 high schools across the St. Louis Region to engage in dialogue, discussion, analysis, and organizing on how to transform structural racism using system dynamics.
