Abstract for: A Dynamic Model Of Teacher's Adoption Of E-learning System By Integration Of Environment Variables and Teacher Characteristics

In this study we develop a system dynamics model of teacher’s adoption of e-learning system. We identify that environment variables and teacher’s individual characteristics are the two main factors affecting teacher’s adoption. Consequently we integrate well-known technology acceptance model into our dynamic model. This study also proposes three policies to enhance teacher’s adoption. Each policy will be analyzed individually, and policy comparison will also be performed.
